Managing Users, Seats and Permissions
There are seats and roles that control access to InferEdge. Seat and role assignment can only be done by organization admins.
Admins can manage this from https://app.inferedge.com/settings/team
Allowed Roles
- Org Admin - this grants access to org features such as user administration and API Keys
- Dataviewer - this maps to a seat that grants access to our product features
Managing users
Admins can do the following from the Team page in Org settings:
- Invite new users or revoke invites
- Activate/deactivate users
- Assign admin role
Note that if you are on trial period, it will apply to all users that you add to your org.
Seat Changes
Seats are handled by our account management team. To re-assign seats or add more seats, reach out to your account manager to email our support team at [email protected].
